Dvita provides a platform for users to browse modern eyewear designs, explore frames from top brands such as Vogue and Armani, view a versatile catalogue for Men, Women, and Kids, and use Augmented Reality (AR) and 3D view features for virtual try-on. The App is designed for browsing and enquiry purposes only. At present, Dvita does not provide direct purchasing or payment gateway facilities. Customers may place an enquiry through the App regarding frames of interest, and our team will connect with you.

2. User Responsibilities

– You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
– You shall not misuse, modify, or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the App.
– You agree to provide accurate and complete details while submitting an enquiry.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to catalogue images, AR/3D designs, logos, text, graphics, and brand references, are the property of Dvita or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written permission from Dvita.

4. Enquiries and Services

As Dvita currently does not offer an integrated payment gateway, all transactions are initiated through customer enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee product availability or pricing, and our representatives will provide further details after receiving your enquiry.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate catalogues, images, and AR/3D previews, Dvita makes no guarantees that the virtual try-on reflects the final look or fit of the product. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to the Terms

Dvita reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata.
